Wisconsin's Rise

From Politico:
With the selection of Rep. Paul Ryan as his running mate, Mitt Romney established Wisconsin as the capital of the Obama-era Republican resistance.

A former Wisconsin GOP chairman, Reince Priebus, coordinates the opposition as chairman of the Republican National Committee. The state’s governor, Scott Walker, is one of the brightest stars in the conservative firmament after taking on public sector unions and delivering a crushing blow to the left by winning a closely-watched June recall election.

Now Ryan, a Janesville resident, is poised to become the GOP vice presidential nominee, charged with articulating a conservative vision of governance that rivals the president's.

FYI: C-SPAN posted a video library blog featuring over 400 appearances by Paul Ryan. Check it out here.
