Obama is shameless

Speaking today to Planned Parenthood, the shameless President Obama, abortion-advocate-in-chief, claimed that opponents of abortion want to take women's rights back to the 1950s. Let's ask some honest questions about those days and compare them to our own.

- What was the divorce rate in the 1950s, as opposed to today?  

- What was the rate out-of-wedlock births in the 1950s, as opposed to today? 

- What was the percentage of broken families in the U.S. in the 1950s, as opposed to today?

- What were the rape, sexual assault and domestic violence statistics of the 1950s, as opposed to today?  

- What was the strength/reach of the pornography industry in the 1950s, as opposed to today?  

- What was the rate of sexually transmitted diseases in the 1950s, as opposed to today?  

- What were the national suicide statistics, as opposed to today? 

Were the 1950s all that bad?
