For the past several weeks, Obama has been turning blue in the face, huffing and puffing, trying to convince Americans that private health coverage would not be under assault with his radical plan. But back in '03, Barack Obama admitted in this video that his vision for health care wouldn't immediately end private coverage and that it would take 10 to 15 years before that elimination begins.
