The Rebuilding of Catholic Social Thought

Here's a link to a lecture given by Dr. William Luckey at the Austrian Scholars Conference a few weeks back. The second link is an mp3 of another lecture given by Luckey from last year entitled, The Crisis in Catholic Social Teaching in Economics. Will Catholics interested in the fundamentals of economics pay heed to what a respected Austrian economist like Luckey has to say, or will they stubbornly adhere to hidebound, not to mention romantic, policies that lead to economic turmoil and consolidation? Will they learn from the facts or cling to ideology?
