Taking Credit for the Fall

As world leaders (including our very own Hillary R. Clinton) gather in Berlin to commemorate the collapse of the Berlin Wall, it should be remembered just who, or perhaps better said, which political party, was opposing Ronald Reagan at virtually every opportunity in his dealings with the Soviet Union.
